Jetwing's Terms & Conditions

Jetwing (jetwing.ws) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jetwing and its users.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Selling, transferring, or renting your Jetwing account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Contact Information Update: If your phone number or email address changes, please update your account information right away.

Jetwing strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. This is not just a rule — it is our ethical responsibility. The date of birth provided at registration is verified, and identity documents may be requested at any time.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Jetwing.
• KYC Verification: A national ID, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for account verification.
• Minor Accounts: Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.
• Parental Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that underage members of your household do not access Jetwing.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Jetwing: Jetwing employees and their immediate family members; anyone who has previously been permanently banned from Jetwing for any reason; and anyone enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.

Placing bets on Jetwing requires adherence to certain rules. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and equal betting environment for all users.

• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jetwing reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded at the original stake, unless otherwise specified in the rules for that sport.
• Suspicious Activity: Jetwing reserves the right to investigate any account if betting pattern manipulation is suspected.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic arbitrage betting is a violation of Jetwing's terms and conditions.

Jetwing regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to make your betting experience more enjoyable. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new users on their first deposit only. Each user is eligible for this offer once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of just 5–10x applies — among the lowest in the industry.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Markets: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific sports or events.
• Misuse Prohibited: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in account suspension.

Jetwing supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Our goal is to make deposits and withdrawals as fast and hassle-free as possible.

• Deposit Confirmation: Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.

• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.

• If abusive behaviour is directed at other users or staff
